Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth Prodromos Prodromou referred to the incidents that occurred in schools in relation to students of Ukrainian and Russian origin, saying that "children and school are by definition outside any war".
As he said, school teaches the value of peace, freedom, justice and respect for all peoples, and it is inconceivable that the intensity of war should be transferred into the school.
