The upgrade of the Electronic Banking system (I-Banking) of the Housing Finance Organization (HFSO) is underway, which is being carried out in parallel with the comprehensive, technological upgrade of the organization, for which the goal is to be completed within 2023, as the Deputy Director General of the Organization, Vasiliki Vassiliou, told CNA.
At the same time, she said that the tender for outsourcing the management of non-performing loans (NPLs) is underway, while she invited borrowers to apply for the Home Plan which entitles eligible primary debtors, after applying, to proceed with the settlement of their loan balances and the protection of their first home.
