[CNA] The stock market gained for the second consecutive day on Tuesday

For the second consecutive day, the Cyprus Stock Exchange reported gains on Tuesday, with the General Index closing at 69.20 points, up 0.60%.

The FTSE/CySE 20 Index closed at 41.46 points, up 0.51% for the day. The value of trading was €103,985.

Among the individual stock market indices, the Main Market gained 0.85%, the Alternative Market 0.04% and Hotels 0.24%, while Investment closed unchanged.

Bank of Cyprus securities attracted the most investor interest with €34,322 (up 1.42% - closing price €1.07). This was followed by shares of Vasilikos Cement Factory with €17,967 (down 0.72% - closing price €2.76), Hellenic Bank with €17.379 (up 2.17% - closing price €0.848), Cyprus Cement Company with €
