[CNA] The Speaker of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom in Cyprus for a three-day official visit

The Speaker of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, will arrive in Cyprus on Monday afternoon for a three-day official visit to Cyprus, at the invitation of the Speaker of the House, Anita Demetriou.

A statement by the House of Commons said that this is the first official visit of the Speaker of the House of Commons to Cyprus, which is a milestone for inter-parliamentary relations between Cyprus and the United Kingdom. Sir Lindsay Hoyle will be accompanied by senior House of Commons officials.
