[CNA] The Speaker of the House of Commons in Cyprus for a three-day official visit

The Speaker of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom, Sir Lindsay Hoyle, is in Cyprus on a three-day official visit, following an invitation by the Speaker of the House of Commons, Annita Demetriou.

The Speaker of the House of Commons will be received today, Tuesday, by the President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades and will have separate meetings with the Speaker of the House and the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign and European Affairs, Harris Georgiades, and Members of the Committee. The Speaker of the Parliament will host an official lunch in honour of her British counterpart.
