The procedure to be followed by citizens who are exempted from obtaining a European Digital Certificate based on the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers on 13 December, the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
It is recalled that the exemption applies to people who are proven for medical reasons, based on scientific knowledge and criteria for non-vaccination, and following a decision of a Medical Council, it is not recommended to be vaccinated.
According to the Ministry of Health's announcement, "Citizens who fall into the above category should apply by appropriately completing the relevant form and sending it to vacexceptcertification@mphs.
