The 15th of February, World Day against Childhood Cancer, is commemorated by the Cyprus Ports Authority as part of its social contribution.
In a statement, the Cyprus Ports Authority says that in support of the initiative of the International Children's Cancer Care and Prevention Organization (ICCCPO), to raise international awareness about childhood cancer, it has illuminated Building B (former Fish Market) in the Old Port of Limassol in yellow.
It also states that the Board of Directors and the Management of the Authority, through its President Antonis Stylianou, "declare that they will always be supporters of such events that promote social awareness, information and mobilization of the entire civil society on such important issues as health".
