The Plenum of the House of Representatives unanimously passed into law the bill for the reduction of the excise tax on fuel, with the reduction coming into force on March 8 and lasting until June 1.
The excise tax reduction will be 7 cents per litre on petrol and diesel, which increases to 8.3 cents per litre including VAT. At the same time, the excise duty on heating oil will be reduced by 6,4 cents a litre including VAT.
