The PEO considers that the application procedures for the benefits of beneficiaries from the Social Insurance Fund and in general the procedures concerning access to services of the Ministry of Labour such as registration and renewal of unemployed persons need modernization by using digital technology in order to simplify the procedures and the timely and immediate payment of benefits to beneficiaries, says the Secretary General of the Federation Sotiroula Charalambous in a letter to the Minister of Labour Zeta Aimylianidou.
In this context, notes Ms. Charalambous, the PEO supports and will support the actions taken by the Ministry in this direction.
