The Special Report on the "Audit of the Office of the Commissioner for Administration and Protection of Human Rights", prepared by the Audit Office and posted on Friday on the Office's website, has been made public.

According to the Report, based on the findings of the compliance audit, the Audit Office concludes that the Office of the Commissioner for Administration and Human Rights Protection continues to be housed in a building that does not have a Certificate of Approval, which is, according to the opinion of the Attorney General, illegal.

Furthermore, the Audit Office notes that the last valid rental contract for the building in question has already expired.
