Russia's invasion of Ukraine constitutes a "black page" for the whole democratic world, Cyprus stands by the people of Ukraine, said the Commissioner for Citizens, Panagiotis Zentontas, noting that today a campaign to collect humanitarian aid in cooperation with all the municipalities of Cyprus and NGOs is starting.
In his statements at the Strovolos Town Hall and with the Mayor by his side, Mr. Sendas said that the whole effort is being carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs which is in contact with the Embassy of Ukraine in Cyprus.
