The first event in Tennis for the new year is the Tennis Europe U16 International Championships that will be organized by the Herodotus Academy from January 17-22 and later on January 24 the National Championships will be held at the National Tennis Centre, which will last for three weeks and is expected to be completed on February 12.
In announcing the competitions, the Cyprus Tennis Federation also announced the ranking order of the top four tennis players per age category as of December 31, 2021.
The ranking is as follows:
