Novak Djokovic is heading for deportation from Australia, as the country's Federal Court has rejected the appeal against the cancellation of the Serbian world No.1 tennis player's visa.
Thus, the 34-year-old "Nole" is not eligible to participate in the Australian Open which starts tomorrow.
Australia's Federal Court has dismissed Djokovic's appeal against the decision by the country's Immigration Minister to use his interstate power to cancel Djokovic's passport visa on the basis that the Serb's decision not to vaccinate posed a risk to the country.
