The Department of Antiquities illuminates Paphos Castle red as part of the World Congenital Heart Disease Day.
According to an announcement by the Department, as part of the public awareness campaign on Congenital Heart Diseases, which is being carried out by the Association of Parents and Friends of Children with Heart Disease, throughout the week of 7-14 February 2022, Paphos Castle will be illuminated in red from 7-12 February 2022.
The main objective of the Association of Parents and Friends of Children with Heart Diseases is to raise awareness and inform the public about Congenital Heart Diseases, which are abnormalities of the heart that a person carries with him/her from the day of his/her birth.
