[CNA] The CSE returned to gains on Friday, weekly losses 0.93%

The stock market showed small gains on Friday, after two consecutive bearish sessions.

The General Index rose 0.30%, closing at 69.14 points, while the FTSE/CySE 20 Index closed at 41.70 points, up 0.34%. Daily turnover stood at €162,218. On a weekly basis, the CSE recorded a decline of 0.93%.

The individual stock market indices moved upwards, with the exception of the Investment Companies sector, which showed no change. Hotels recorded the biggest gains with 1.08%, followed by the Main Market with 0.50% and the Alternative Market with 0.35%.

Bank of Cyprus securities attracted the most investor interest with €88,471 (down 1.37% - closing price €1.08). This was followed by Logicom Public Ltd shares with €19.883 (up 3.35% - closing price
