The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) recorded losses on Monday, in the first session of 2022, after significant gains in the last week of the year.
The General Index closed at 67.40 points, down 1.84%. The value of trading was €83,692.
The FTSE/CySE 20 Index closed at 40.43 points, down 1.82%.
As for the individual stock market indices, the largest decline was recorded by Investment Stocks, down 3.69%, followed by the Main Market, down 2.76%. Hotels remained unchanged, while the Alternative Market recorded a negligible increase of 0.02%.
