Minister of Justice and Public Order Stefi Drakou had an exchange of views on the crisis created by the Russian invasion of Ukraine with Slovenian President Borut Pahor, whom she accompanied during his departure from Cyprus.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Justice, Drakou, accompanying Mr Pahor on his departure, expressed the state's appreciation for the close relations that our country maintains with Slovenia.
At the same time, she added, she expressed confidence that the visit of the Slovenian President to Cyprus will prove to be another step towards our joint efforts to further strengthen bilateral ties at all levels, as well as within the framework of the common European family.
