The Council of Ministers today approved the extension of the Urban Incentives Scheme for Business Recovery in Cyprus until 31 December 2021, according to a written statement by Deputy Government Spokesperson, Nivi Parishinou.
Ms Parishinou recalled that this Plan includes, among other things, the granting of increased building rates in tourist zones and city centres with the exception of tourist zones with special ecological value.
