[CNA] The conditions have matured for the creation of a Deputy Ministry of Culture, says the Minister of Culture

The conditions for the creation of a Deputy Ministry of Culture have matured, said the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth, Prodromos Prodromou, after a meeting he had with the President of the EPP, Marinos Sizopoulos, which took place on Monday afternoon at the party's offices.

According to a press release issued by the EDEK, the Minister of Culture said that the discussion concerned the creation of the Deputy Ministry of Culture and the effort being made to secure the professional status of artists, i.e. on cultural issues. At the same time, Mr Prodromou thanked the EPP for the suggestions and opinions it has submitted regarding the Deputy Ministry of Culture.
