[CNA] The commemorative stamp for the 50th anniversary of THOC was delivered

In a simple ceremony that took place on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at the Central Offices of Cyprus Post, in the presence of the President of the Board of Directors of THOC, Antigonis Papafilippou, and the Deputy President of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Post. The anniversary stamp, specially designed for the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Cyprus Theatre Organisation, was officially handed over.

According to a press release issued by the THOC, the commemorative stamp, created by designer Nikos Ierodiaconou, combines the 50th anniversary logo and the poster of Aeschylus' Agamemnon, one of the two inaugural productions of the THOC. The 55,000 stamps and 4,500 first issue envelopes are already travelling within and beyond the borders, carrying the anniversary message of ThOC.
