The National Children's Football Team K-17 (age 2006) was defeated 2-1 yesterday by Norway in a friendly match that took place at "Tasos Markou" in Paralimni. The match was part of the Children's National Teams Development Tournament organised by the CTO in cooperation with UEFA.
Achilleas Toumazos opened the scoring for Cyprus in the 60th minute, but the Norwegians scored two goals in the 80th minute and in the first minute of stoppage time to win 2-1.
