Two doctors have been charged in writing for contaminating eight patients after cataract surgery at a private hospital in Nicosia in 2020 and the case is expected to be filed in court soon, police spokesman Christos Andreou told CNA on Thursday.
Asked by CNA to comment on a front-page story by Phileleftheros newspaper on the matter, Andreou said the case was sent to the police by the Legal Service and the two doctors were charged in writing yesterday.
