The Council of Ministers approved the introduction of the "Test to Stay" measure in the National Guard. The implementation date of the measure is February 11, 2022, said a written statement by Deputy Government Spokesperson, Nivi Parishinou .
Ms. Parishinou also said that the Council of Ministers approved the Financial Assistance Scheme for Temporary Residents and Resettlers in the Communities of Rizokarpaso and Holy Trinity, for the necessary renovation/repair of their aging homes.
Ms. Parisinou said that the total number of beneficiaries is estimated at about 65 persons and the total cost for the implementation of the Project is estimated at 400,000 euros, which on the basis of the procedures will be provided through the Ministry of Interior.
The proposed sponsorship amount for each house is set at 6,000 Euros which will be provided by
