The Association for the Protection of Bank Borrowers (SYPRODAT) today welcomed the decision of the Ministry of Finance to re-evaluate the cases of applicants who have not been approved for the ESTIA plan, since the main criterion for inclusion was that the loans were non-performing as of 30/9/2017.
In its statement, the Association notes that both the Financial Commissioner, Pavlos Ioannou in their interviews with the media and the Member of Parliament for Ecologists-Civic Co-operation Stavros Papadouris, have fully explained the specific issue and how the relevant procedures will proceed.
