Asia's stock markets showed signs of stabilization on Tuesday, as the massive sell-off in stocks following news of Russia's invasion of Ukraine appears to be receding.
The Russian invasion and the sweeping sanctions that came in response had caused a spike in oil and other commodity prices.
Despite the lack of any progress in talks between Russia and Ukraine to end the crisis, markets in Asia are showing signs of stabilizing as there are no signs of further escalation of sanctions.
