[CNA] Staffing is a major issue, technical education needs upgrading, says the General Secretary of OLTEK to CNA

Educational issues regarding technical education always exist, said the General Secretary of OLTEK, Lennos Loizou, in a statement to CNA, highlighting the major issue of staffing and the need to upgrade the Secondary Technical Vocational Education and Training (MTEET) in Cyprus.

"We call for an upgrade of Technical Education which is dating, new technical schools due to the fact that technical schools are at the point of turning away students and there is an overcapacity in morning attendance. We have been calling for new technical schools urgently for years," he said.
