The Personal and Specialist Doctors, as well as the hospital pharmacies of the Health Insurance Organisation were informed about the prescription of the antiviral drug Molnupiravir from yesterday, Friday, 14 January 2022, through a notice sent to their e-mail addresses by the Health Insurance Organisation, the Ministry of Health said.
In a statement, the Ministry clarifies the position of the President of the Society of Family and Personal Doctors, Mr. Andreas Polyniki, that they have not received any information about the prescription of the drug.
