[CNA] Solve short-term problems and then single policy for industrial zones, says Trade Minister

The resolution of the short-term problems facing industrial areas and industrial zones such as the burning issue of rents and the recovery of government land, until the completion of the relevant study that will recommend solutions for all issues, supported the Minister of Energy, Trade and Industry, Natasha Pileidou, with the Parliamentary Committee on Trade giving three months' deadline in order for there to be developments on the issue.

The Parliamentary Committee on Commerce, which discussed the need to establish a unified policy on the management of industrial areas and zones, heard complaints that the Land Registry Department is sending multiple retroactive charges to businesses on the basis of rent reviews.

As reported in the meeting, within the framework of the 2030 industrial policy, a study has been called for which will be carried out
