The Board of Directors of SIKAP held a meeting with the restaurateurs of the department of Polis Chrysochous on Tuesday, in view of the start of the new tourist season, in the presence of the Mayor of Polis Chrysochous.
According to an announcement by SIKAP President Angelos Onisiforou, as mentioned at the meeting, the biggest problem facing the leisure centres is that of personnel, since it seems that there are no Cypriots and community members to be employed in the businesses of the sector.
Contacts on the part of SIKAP have been made with the Ministries of Labour and Interior to find staff from third countries, the statement continued.
