The resumption of non-emergency surgical procedures in its hospitals from today, Monday, announced the State Health Services Organisation (SHSO), following a decision of the Council of Ministers.
As the Agency said in the OCYPY's announcement, planning for non-emergency surgeries postponed in the previous period is underway, specifying that priority will be given to patients whose surgery was postponed due to a pandemic and those whose health condition has deteriorated.
He further adds that patients will be informed of the exact day and time of the operations by telephone by the directorates of the Agency's hospitals.
