The Administrative Court decided to reject the appeal of the party "Independent - Alliance of Revolt" regarding its deletion from the Register of Political Parties, according to an announcement of the Legal Service.
As reported, the Administrative Court upheld the decision of the Registrar of the Register of Political Parties to revoke the registration of a party under the name "Independents - Revolt Alliance" in the Register of Political Parties, having agreed with the content of the Advocate General's opinion to the Registrar that 'confusion may be caused to the average prudent citizen, and therefore in the public interest, by the use of the word "ndependents" in the name of a political party'.
