Delfi Analytics sees a gradual return of the property market to pre-pandemic levels, according to a survey conducted by Delfi Analytics on the property market in Cyprus.
Specifically, in a statement, the company said that the property market in 2021 showed signs of recovery, approaching in many cases the 2019 data, adding that property transfers up to November 2021 were higher in all provinces compared to the same period in 2019.
He cited the new survey, "Real Estate Dynamics in Cyprus" based on which property transfers in the first eleven months of 2021 were up by 3.
