The protection of places of worship is linked to respect for diversity and otherness, was mentioned at the press conference of the European project PROSECUW on "Protection and Security of Places of Worship - Ensuring the Rights of Every Person - Protecting our Religious, Historical and Cultural Heritage", under the auspices of the Center for Social Innovation. The conference was held on Thursday, at the Journalist's House, in Nicosia.
In the context of the conference, it was pointed out that places of worship are exposed to great danger due to terrorist attacks, which is why they must be protected at local, European and international level and actions must be taken in this direction.
