Problems at schools in Larnaca are heading towards resolution, with the closed classrooms of some of them taking on water due to the rainfall, Larnaca School Ephorate President Petros Chrysostomou told CNA.
He added that "the officials of the Technical Services of the Ministry of Education visited yesterday at noon the schools whose closed classrooms are flooded every time it rains. The officials first visited the Vergina High School where the biggest problem is occurring, went up on the roof and were given immediate instructions such as a complete replacement of the roof with work to begin as soon as possible."
