President Anastasiades, accompanied by Government Ministers, will pay an official visit to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, today.
Yesterday, upon his arrival at Riyadh airport, the President of the Republic was received by the Governor of the Saudi capital, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz al Saud, while a military contingent paid tribute.
According to a statement by the Presidency, the talks between the two sides will focus on, among other issues, developments in the Cyprus issue and the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean, the situation in Ukraine, bilateral relations between Cyprus and Saudi Arabia, issues related to the energy sector and EU-Saudi relations.
