The President of the Republic Nicos Anastasiades, who is in Versailles, attended an event organised by French President Emmanuel Macron on the 18th Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Terrorism, which is commemorated on 11 March.
"I had the honour to participate in an event organised by Emmanuel Macron at the Grand Trion, for the 18th European Day of Remembrance of the Victims of Terrorism," President Anastasiades wrote in a Twitter post.
The President participated in the informal summit of the 27 EU leaders convened by the French President, which focused on the Russian invasion of Ukraine and its consequences.
