The presentation of Antonis Assos' book "Koronoios for Laughter" took place yesterday in Paphos, at the premises of the Paphos House of Arts and Letters. The presentation of the book was made by the journalist Athina Violari.
On behalf of the Paphos House of Arts and Letters, the event was welcomed by its president Dr. Stelios Sofoklis. In his address Dr. Sofoklis said that no special arguments are needed to convince anyone that laughter gives health and mood in life. It is now scientifically proven that laughter heals.
There is a wealth of literature to support this, he said, noting that Antonis Assos' book "Coronovirus for Laughter" has been added to it. Of course, he said, Dr. Sophocles a disease, especially a pandemic is no laughing matter, nor is the plague in the Middle Ages, known as the plague,
