Two persons aged 31 and 41 years old were found by the Paphos Police to be driving in Paphos under the influence of drugs while the 41 year old was found to be in possession of a quantity of drugs in his vehicle.
According to Pafos Assistant Police Director Michalis Ioannou, yesterday at 22:00 at night members of the Pafos Traffic Police on Archbishop Makarios Avenue in Chloraka stopped a vehicle which was found to be driven by a 31-year-old resident of Pafos. In a preliminary drug test conducted on him it was found that he had taken drugs and a sample will be sent to the State General Chemistry Department for laboratory analysis.
