The Cypriot athlete Daphne Georgiou, who studies at Boise State University in Idaho, USA, set an individual record in the 60m hurdles.

According to the COEAS, in her first race of the year and without intense competition, Daphne Georgiou ran the 60m hurdles in 8.47, which is the best performance of her career and at the same time the best performance of her University.

The indoor track and field meet was held in Spokane, Washington, on Saturday, January 15, 2022.
