Wages will increase by 1.27% from 1 January 2021 following the release of data by the Statistical Office, which showed that inflation for the whole of 2021 was 2.54%.
"Given that the growth rate was positive in the second and third quarters of 2021, based on the transitional agreement for the SBA, wages from 1/1/2022 will have an increase of 1.27%," the PEA said in a statement.
It is noted that the total index-linked bonus on the new basic wages as they have been formed after the inclusion of the index-linked bonus in 2017, amounts to 2.56%.
Recall that under the ATA agreement, the index-linked bonus is paid at 50%.
