The PDOED with today's announcement calls on the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth for dialogue and appeals to parents to support tomorrow's protest

As the teachers' organization says, Every day, our teachers and school administrators are fighting a real battle in schools to keep them open and safe, under adverse conditions, in order to ensure that every child gets the education he or she deserves. And that is what they will continue to do with all their might.

"The 55 minutes of the work stoppage is, for the PDPA and its members, the minimum expression of protest in order to highlight the problems and do what is necessary to support their work.
