The Embrace of Hope protests against the changes in the physiotherapy services for children with cerebral palsy in a letter to the OAI and a notification to the Minister of Health, the OSAK and the Association of Physiotherapists. The parents and friends of the children are asking for a suspension of the reduction and complain that the decision was taken without consulting them.
The organisation considers the decision to reduce the treatments for children with cerebral palsy from the age of 12 and above to be wrong, as well as the distribution of treatments, as it was made on the basis of age criteria and the severity of the condition.
