Under the main slogan "Together in the struggle for peace, social justice and equality", the Women Workers' Office of the PEO starts on March 2, its nationwide mass campaign to commemorate the anniversary of International Women's Day.
As stated in an announcement of the PEA, the campaign at workplaces will last until the 9th of the month and during the campaign hundreds of contacts and General Assemblies will be held at workplaces, observing all sanitary measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
During the Assemblies and contacts in the workplaces, the PEPO will give the usual carnation to all workers and a special publication of the Women's Office entitled "I know, I organize - I demand" which includes legislation on equality and various social benefits and allowances.
