Two cases of illegal transport of assembled hunting firearms in two vehicles are being investigated by the Paphos Police against two hunters aged 38 and 40, in the area of the community of Agios Nikolaos.
According to a spokesman for the Paphos Police Directorate, yesterday at 10:30 in the village of Agios Nikolaos two vehicles were intercepted at the same time by members of the Thera Service .
A fine of 500 euros was issued to the 38-year-old driver because he was carrying his shotgun assembled and loaded and the second driver aged 40 was fined 150 euros for carrying his shotgun assembled inside the vehicle.
