The death of one person from COVID-19 and 2,815 new cases were announced on Monday by the Ministry of Health, with a positive rate of 2.16%.
According to a statement from the Ministry of Health, the total number of deaths is 713, while the number of cases is 238,773.
As noted, of the 221 COVID-19 patients hospitalized, 75 are in serious condition, and 70.59% of those hospitalized have no history of vaccination.
Also, 22 post-COVID patients who ceased to be infectious (declassified cases) continue to be hospitalized intubated in serious condition due to COVID in an ICU.
In total, 130,466 tests for the detection of the disease by the molecular method (PCR) and the antigen rapid test have been performed to date.
