A group of persons residing in an apartment complex in Chloraka allegedly created a new incident last night in the area by throwing stones and sticks, while they also allegedly threw stones at the police officers who rushed to the scene, who fired warning shots.
According to a spokesperson for the Communication Branch of the Police Headquarters, the clash occurred yesterday between about 100- 150 people in an apartment complex in Chloraka.
Members of the Paphos Police Directorate went to the scene around 18:50 in the afternoon where they spotted the large number of people at the scene.
