In a statement, the CTO said that the hearing of the AEK and Apollon appeals by the CTO Court of Appeal has been completed and noted that "the decision was reserved and will be announced tomorrow, Tuesday, February 8".
The match had ended 2-1 in favour of AEK and was part of the 16th round of the Football League.
