Olivia Fotopoulou participated on Friday in her first World Indoor Athletics Championships, which opened in Belgrade, Serbia.
According to the COEAS, the 25-year-old Cypriot champion participated in the fourth row of the first round of the 60m, without a quick reaction at the start (0.154), while she seemed to lose her stride somewhat in the first few metres, finishing in 8th place in her row with 7.45, which is not representative of her level.
Thus, Olivia Fotopoulou finished this year's indoor track and field season, placing 41st out of 49 participants.
