Oil prices are moving upwards on international markets amid uncertainty over Russia's invasion of Ukraine and Western sanctions.
US WTI prices on the Nymex market, for April delivery contracts, were at 96.90 dollars a barrel, recording an increase of 5.80%, while prices for British Brent were up 5.33%, trading at 103.15 dollars a barrel.
In addition, according to Bloomberg, Nymex gas prices for April delivery contracts were up 2.75% at $4.59 per million Btu.
