[CNA] "Non-compliance in procedures" identifies Audit Office report on Ministry of Agriculture

The Special Report on "Audit of the Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment", prepared by the Audit Service has been published today, Tuesday, on the website of the Service and which identifies weaknesses, gaps and omissions, as well as non-compliance in procedures.

According to its Report, based on the individual findings of the financial audit, as well as the compliance audit, the Audit Office concludes that the accounting manipulations do not comply with the accounting principle of actual receipts and payments, on the basis of which the financial statements of the Republic were prepared, since no actual cash flow was generated.

It also finds incomplete compliance with the provisions of the relevant Laws, Regulations and Circulars of the General Accounting Office,
